How to get more Google reviews with an NFC card
Most happy customers never write a review. Not because they mind, but because it takes effort. Remove the effort and more of them will.
Why reviews matter for local business
When people search for a restaurant, clinic or salon nearby, the reviews on your Google Business Profile are often the first thing they read. A steady flow of recent, honest reviews builds trust before anyone calls you.
Why people do not leave them
Leaving a review usually means finding your business on Google, signing in and typing. Each step loses people. A tap card cuts it to one step: the customer touches their phone to the card and lands directly on your review form.
How to use a review card
- Place one at the counter, on tables or at reception
- Include one in delivery bags or with invoices
- Let staff hand one over right after a good interaction
- Add a short line on the card such as “Enjoyed your visit? Tap to review”
Ask well, and stay within the rules
- Ask at the right moment, when the customer is clearly happy.
- Ask for an honest review, not a five-star one.
- Do not offer rewards or discounts in exchange for reviews. Google's policies discourage incentivised reviews and they can be removed.
- Reply to reviews, including critical ones, politely and promptly.
What you need to get started
Your Google Business Profile review link. If you do not have a profile yet, set one up first (Google verifies the business). Send us the link and your logo and we confirm the card design before production.
Quick answers
Can one card link to both Google reviews and my social pages?
A review card opens one link. If you want several links, use a profile page that lists them, and point the card to that page.
Will this guarantee more reviews?
No tool can promise that. It removes friction, but results depend on your service and how you ask.
