Who we are

This policy explains how eBusinessCard (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use ebusinesscard.xyz. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +971543731454.

What we collect

  • Order details you send us: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), delivery address, the card details you want and any artwork links. You enter these on our order form or send them by WhatsApp.
  • Messages: anything you write to us through the contact, bulk quote or WhatsApp links.
  • Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Online payment is not available yet. If we add it later, payments will be handled by a payment provider and we will update this policy.

Your basket on this device

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you return. It stays on your device and is only shared with us when you choose to send an order. You can clear it any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser data.

How we use it

  • To confirm your order, design, price and delivery
  • To produce and deliver your cards
  • To answer your questions and give support
  • To keep records we are required to keep, for example for tax or accounting

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to complete your order: for example printing or production partners, couriers who deliver to you, and messaging services such as WhatsApp that you use to contact us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Artwork and files

If you send us logos or design files, or a link to them, we use them only to make your order. Please share only material you have the right to use, and set shared links to view only.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your order and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Ask us if you want something removed sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law. Message us and we will respond. UAE data protection law gives individuals rights over their personal data, and we aim to respect them.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
