About these terms

These terms apply when you browse ebusinesscard.xyz or place an order with eBusinessCard. By sending an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is only accepted once we confirm it to you, usually on WhatsApp, including the design, price and delivery details. Production starts after you approve the design proof. Sending your cart to us is a request to buy, not a finished contract.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are in UAE dirhams (AED). The final price, including any delivery charge and VAT where applicable, is confirmed with you before you pay. Payment methods and instructions are given in your order confirmation. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already confirmed.

Custom cards and artwork

Cards are made specifically for you. Please check names, spelling, phone numbers, links and artwork carefully when we send the proof. Once you approve it, we are not responsible for errors that were in the approved design.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, text or image you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline artwork that is unlawful or offensive.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, confirmed on WhatsApp before production. Delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control are not our fault, but we will keep you informed. See our shipping and returns page.

Returns, faults and replacements

Because cards are made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. If a card is faulty or damaged on arrival, tell us promptly with a photo or video and we will repair or replace it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

How the cards work

NFC cards are read by compatible phones held close to the card. Results can vary by phone model, case and settings. Each card also carries a QR code as a backup. We do not guarantee that every device will read every card, and we describe the card's limits honestly on the site.

Links you choose

The page a card opens is chosen by you. You are responsible for the content of that page and for keeping the link working.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or business. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute falls under the courts of the emirate where we are licensed, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

Changes and contact
